Windsor property hosting a Dunkin’ sells for $1.5M

An 1,891-square-foot portion of a Windsor retail building recently divided into condominiums has sold to a Florida buyer for $1.5 million.

In a deal recorded by Windsor on March 17, the property at 503 Windsor Ave., Unit #1 was sold by COGCO CT PROPERTIES LLC to Property D 363195 LLC, of Naples, Florida.

The portion of the property that sold includes a unit currently hosting a Dunkin’ restaurant and an associated drive-through, according to the Windsor assessing office.

The principals of the selling LLC are Megan and James Coughlin, of South Windsor.

A search for the buying LLC does not produce any results with Florida’s online business registry, although the site lists several similarly named LLCs with the same address.

These similarly named liability companies list Casey Askar as manager, as well as Jon Parrish and Joseph Locker as company officers. 

Before its division, the property at 503 Windsor Ave., hosted a retail building with 7,216 square feet of first-floor “living” space and an identically sized basement on nearly 1 acre.
