Arkansas-based SCA Pharmaceuticals LLC has expanded its Windsor manufacturing site by nearly 60,000 square feet, brokers say.
SCA Pharmaceuticals, which opened the Rainbow Road facility in fall 2017, recently expanded its presence there by 40% and now occupies a total of 148,585 square feet, according to broker Sentry Commercial. Its operation includes a variety of office, manufacturing, laboratory and warehouse space.
The commercial building is owned by Tradeport Development V LLC of Bloomfield.
It wasn’t immediately clear how many people SCA Pharmaceuticals employs at the Windsor property. The company, however, previously told HBJ it plans to employ 361 by 2021.
