The 15,120-square-foot building at 863 Marshall Phelps Road was purchased by H.A.R.P. Realty LLC of Windsor Locks whose principal is Kevin Moriarty of Windsor Locks.
The seller was 863 Marshall Phelps LLC, whose principal is Peter Burgess of Windsor. Marshall Phelps LLC bought the property for $600,000 in June 2013.
The building dates to 1980. The sale includes 1.83 acres of land.
The property was on the market for 323 days with an original asking price of $984,000.
