A roughly 450,000-square-foot warehouse in Windsor Locks sold in September to a partnership of New York-based Greenmont Group and Los Angeles-based Tryperion Holding for $17.75 million, more than double the amount it fetched when last sold in 2018.
Paramus, New Jersey-based Summerstone Fund VI LLC sold the roughly 60-year-old warehouse on 25.9 acres at 295 Ella Grasso Turnpike to 295 Ella Grasso Owner LLC through a deed recorded on Sept. 18.
Summerstone – headed by John Bonfiglio and Alexander Von Summer III – paid $8.45 million for the multi-tenant property in 2018, according to town assessing records.
The seller shares a Paramus address with Alexander Summer LLC, a real estate brokerage, advisory and investment company headed by Von Summer.
Greenmont Group is a real estate investment management firm, co-founded by Eyal Greenberg and Josh Honig, that
focuses on acqusition and operation of real estate assets throughout the United States.
Tryperion Holdings is a 10-year-old real estate equity and credit investor, with a record of office, industrial, retail, hotel and multifamily properties across several states.
Real estate finance and advisory firm Walker & Dunlop’s capital markets team, led by Jonathan Schwartz, Adam Schwartz, Aaron Appel, Keith Krland and Sean Bastian, arranged $14.46 million in financing for the deal.
