Windsor Locks restaurant building sells for $1M

A pair of South Windsor investors have paid $1 million for a Windsor Locks restaurant building hosting a Dunkin’ location, then sold a separate Dunkin’ location in Windsor.

In a deed recorded March 6, COGCO CT PROPERTIES LLC – whose principals are James Coughlin and Megan Ostick – bought a 2,730-square-foot, fast-food building on a half-acre at 596 Elm St. in Windsor Locks from George Sispoidis, of Windsor Locks.

The building was completed in 2000, according to town records.

Coughlin and Ostick share a South Windsor residence, according to state business records.

In a separate transaction that occurred later in March, COGCO CT PROPERTIES sold an 1,891-square-foot condominium unit in a Windsor retail strip to a buyer from Florida.

That unit hosted a Dunkin’ location.Â
