The 2,640-square-foot property at 7 Windsor Ave. sold Nov. 12 to Asna Corp, which is controlled by Asa U. Mumtaz and Saeed Ahmad, state records show.Â
The seller was Advanced Gas Co Inc.
The property was built in 1970 and is home to a Citgo gas station.
