Scott Andrusis has been promoted to first vice president – commercial team leader and business development officer at Windsor Federal.
Andrusis joined Windsor Federal in 2019, having previously worked at Rockville Bank and Farmington Bank.
At Windsor Federal he will serve as a team leader and mentor to commercial lenders and portfolio managers.
