Windsor corporate park that traded hands in 2016 for $41M sells for $9M

A large corporate office complex in Windsor that traded hands in 2016 for $41 million, was sold last month for $9 million.

The Addison Corporate Center at 175 Addison Road was sold by Addison Property Owner LLC, whose principal is Julia A. McCullough, of Mackenzie Realty Operating Partnership. 

The buyer was a limited liability company controlled by Bradford Wainman, a principal of real estate investment company, Hollister & Moore LLC.

Built in 1980, the sprawling corporate campus sits on nearly 40 acres with more than 580,000 square feet of space.

Commercial tenants have included Quest Global, General Electric, and Accutron Inc.

The property has a total appraised value of $43.2 million, according to town records.

Addison Property Owner bought the campus in 2016 for $41 million. 

Wainman could not be reached for comment.
