The property, at 2100 Poquonock Ave., sold on March 28.
The buyer was Windsor CT Spartans LLC. The limited liability company is not listed in state business records.
The seller was Kushdatt Holdings 1 LLC, which is controlled by Joseph Dattilo, Jason Kushner and Zachary Kushner, who all list a Middletown business address, state records show.

The brick-sided bank branch property sits on a half-acre and was built in 1980.
It has an appraised value of $680,800, according to the town.
