WindowRama Enterprises has leased two new locations with more than 6,300 square feet of new retail space.
The company leased a 1,777-square-foot retail unit in the Compo Shopping Center at 431 Post Road East in Westport. The 10-year lease is valued at more than $1.1 million.
Michael Richetelli, president and designated broker of Orange-based Colonial Properties Inc., represented the company in the deal.
The landlord, Compo II LLC, was represented by Brooks, Torrey & Scott Commercial Realty.
WindowRama leased a second location, a 4,527-square-foot retail unit at 1100 West Main St. in Branford.
That deal is a five-year lease valued at more than $400,000.
Richetelli also represented WindowRama for the Branford lease, and the landlord, 1100 West Main Street LLC, was represented by Shelton-based JCorp Realty.
WindowRama, established in 1977, is a Northeast window, door, and skylight supplier for homeowners and professionals with more than 25 locations in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, including Orange and Brookfield.
