A 30,146-square-foot industrial building on 2.2 acres in Middletown recently sold for $1.8 million.
The Del Favero Family Limited Partnership sold the property at 54 Tuttle Place to Southern New England Windows LLC in a sale recorded May 18.
According to the city, the 1987-vintage building hosts office, commercial and warehouse space.
Southern New England Windows shares a Rhode Island address with Elser Companies, which, according to its website, is a holding company for a fleet of Renewal by Anderson affiliates in Arizona, Colorado, Oklahoma, southern Maine, greater Philadelphia, central Texas, northern Texas and Southern New England, as well as a sales and marketing center in Northborough, Massachusetts.
Southern New England Windows’ principal, Matthew Esler, is CEO of Esler Companies. Attempts to reach Esler were unsuccessful.Â
