Wilmington Trust, the wealth management arm of M&T Bank, has named Shannon Saltos its new wealth market leader for Connecticut.
In her new role, Saltos will be responsible for managing all the firm’s Connecticut  business, including oversight of client-facing teams, business development, client  retention, and integrated delivery of its family office, private banking, investment  management and trust services.Â
Saltos, who is based in Bridgeport, has been part of M&T Bank/Wilmington Trust for more than 18 years. Since 2015, she has focused on growing the firm’s overall wealth  management business, initially in private banking where she managed a team of private bankers throughout greater New York City.Â
