Shelton-based William Raveis Real Estate, Mortgage and Insurance is growing its footprint in Massachusetts after acquiring a firm outside of Boston, the company announced.
William Raveis this week announced the acquisition of Molisse Realty Group, a family-owned real estate company with three offices on the north and south shores of Greater Boston. More than 60 agents from the company’s offices in Marshfield, Weymouth and Manchester-by-the-Sea will join William Raveis following the move, the firm announced.
The recent acquisition comes on the heels of another move last month that saw William Raveis purchase family-owned brokerage firm Jones Group Realtors, which is based in Amherst, Mass.
Brian Molisse, principal and founder of Molisse Realty Group, will join William Raveis as a strategic growth coach and sales manager, the company said.
