Law firm Wiggin and Dana has promoted Giuseppe Scaravilli to partner.
The firm has also elevated three to counsel: Brian Strum, Ariela Anhalt and Joshua Taylor.
Scaravilli is a member of the firm’s corporate department and a co-founder of wiggin(x), a division designed to meet the needs of emerging and high-growth companies, investors and founders.
Anhalt is a member of the firm’s litigation department; Sturm advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, debt and equity financing and other commercial transactions; Taylor is a litigator whose practice encompasses general commercial litigation, as well as malpractice and fiduciary disputes.
