A limited liability company tied to White Plains-based Silverman Realty Group recently paid $16.4 million for three Windsor industrial warehouse properties.
The deal between seller The Real Group II, a Windsor-based limited liability company, and buyer Wilton Motiva Associates LLC was recorded by the town on March 25.
Wilton Motiva ties to Silverman Realty Group, with its principal ownership stretching through two limited liability companies, the second of which lists Silverman Realty Chairman Leon Silverman as its principal.
In its state business filings, The Real Group II lists Craig W. Ferraina as principal, with a business address that is shared by Windsor-based Ferraina Companies.
The sale included:
· 50 Great Pond Drive – A 4.5-acre, industrially-zoned property hosting a 40,800-square-foot warehouse built in 2012.
· 620 Pigeon Hill Road – a 10.9-acre, industrially-zoned property hosting a 79,800-square-foot warehouse built in 2003.
· 235 Addison Road – a 4.2-acre, industrially-zoned property hosting a 26,700-square-foot warehouse and a separate 7,200-square-foot warehouse-office building. Both structures were completed in 2000, according to town assessing records.
Attempts to reach representatives for the seller were not immediately successful. Silverman Realty Group President Jill Greenspan declined comment.
