A group of business leaders nominated the 16 products in this year’s competition. CBIA said it will hold the event annually.

The competition is meant to celebrate the state’s manufacturing history and the quality of its workforce.

“From critical defense vehicles and life-saving devices, delicious food, and products that make our lives easier, these 16 products truly showcase the incredible quality of manufacturing in Connecticut,” said CBIA’s President and CEO Chris DiPentima.
