Suzy Whaley , director of instruction at Suzy Whaley Golf at the TPC River Highlands in Cromwell, was elected as PGA secretary.
Whaley, a certified PGA professional and LPGA member, will serve a two-year term.
Whaley was elected as district 1 director on the PGA board of directors in November 2010, making her the second woman ever to be elected to the PGA board.
