Wethersfield’s Putnam Park Office Center at 100 Great Meadow Road completed a $10.5 million refinancing, with some of the proceeds earmarked to renovate tenant spaces, authorities say.
100 Great Meadow Associates LLC, owner of the seven-story, 155,645-square-foot multi-tenant office building, declined Thursday to elaborate on the scope and timetable for the renovations.
The tower, adjacent to Route 3 and overlooking the Connecticut River, opened in 1985.
Rhode Island’s Washington Trust is the lender.
