A Wethersfield warehouse on Silas Deane Highway has sold for $1.6 million, land records show.
The 78,000-square-foot property at 1000 Silas Deane Highway sold earlier this month, records show.
The buyer was KCH Trading Inc.
The seller was 1000 Silas Deane LLC, which is controlled by Anthony A. Funaro, who has a Hamden business address. He bought the property in 1997 for $1.3 million, records show.

The building was built in 1975, sits on 3.51 acres and has 15 surface parking spaces, according to CoStar.
