Wethersfield three-building subdivision proposed

A Wethersfield developer is seeking a permit to subdivide a lot and build two single-family homes and one two-family house.

Property owner and developer Frank J. Cintino, of Danielles LLC, had the same plan approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission in 2022, but the project did not move forward and the approval expired.

The plan calls for creating three lots on 0.85 acres at 248 Nott St., at the northeast corner of Wolcott Hill and Nott Street. Two lots would each have a single-family home and another lot would have a two-family dwelling. 

The property has an existing 2,400-square-foot, single-family home that was built in 1837, along with a garage, both of which would be demolished.
