A Wethersfield plaza anchored by a Marshalls/HomeGoods store has been sold for $13 million.
Land records show Trumbull’s FF Realty Inc. acquired the 75,893-square-foot building on Silas Deane Highway earlier this month from New Canaan developer Andrew Silberfein.
The 6.6-acre property is also home to Pet Supplies Plus, Bevmax Superstore and Pasta Vita Gourmet to Go.Â
Marshalls, located at the site for more than four decades, renovated its space in recent years and extended its lease through Jan. 2028, according to Mass.-based real estate firm Horvath & Tremblay, which brokered the sale.
