The buyer was TILAK 1800 LLC, which is controlled by Jay and Rasik Patel, state records show.
The seller was 1800 Berlin Turnpike LLC, which is controlled by Lawrence Carrozzella, state records show.
The motel was built in 1953 and sits on 0.9 acres.
