A Wethersfield gas station/convenience store property on the Silas Deane Highway has sold for $1.7 million, town records show.
The Mobil gas station and store at 1340 Silas Deane Highway sold in late July.
The buyer was SRI HIR LLC, which is controlled by Jayesh Patel, state records show. Â
The seller was 302 FELDSPAR RDG, town records show.
The property, which was built in 1988, was originally listed for $1.9 million, according to a CBRE marketing brochure. The convenience store is 912 square feet and the overall property sits on 0.58 acres.
