A 46-unit apartment complex in Wethersfield has sold for $5.7 million, town records show.
The so-called Silas Deane apartments at 554 Silas Deane Highway sold Dec. 30.
The 31,476-square-foot property, which sits on 1.13 acres, was purchased by SILAS DEANE APARTMENTS LLC, which is controlled by Kazmierz Staron of Rocky Hill, state records show. Â
The seller was BHNV WETHERSFIELD LLC, which is controlled by Tovi Mermelstein of Spring Valley, New York, state records show.Â
