A California-based real estate investment trust has acquired a Westport senior living facility property for $68.25 million, according to land records.Â
American Healthcare REIT — which went public earlier this year — purchased The Residences at Westport, at 1141 Post Road East, on Aug. 6, property records show. The price for the 94,449-square-foot, three-story building works out to $722.61 per square foot.
The seller, Norwood, Massachusetts-based LCB Senior Living, purchased the property for $5.9 million in December 2018.
The property, built in 2019, was assessed at $23.8 million in 2025.
