A Westport financial services professional has purchased a two-story office building with warehouse space in Norwalk for $1.05 million, land records show.
Kieran Pinney, of Westport, has bought the 4,898-square-foot building, at 11 Brookfield St., from Susan Bryn and Jeffrey Kapec, of Westport, doing business as Eleven Brookfield LLC. The Kapecs bought the building for $485,000 in 1999, according to the city’s property records.
Tanaka Kapec Design Group is a tenant in the building, according to its website. The company, which was co-founded by Jeffrey Kapec and Kazuna Tanaka, designs products for the medical, packaging and other sectors.
Pinney, doing business as Brookfield Property Holdings LLC, is a managing partner with New York City-based Tag Financial Institutions Group. Calls to him were not immediately returned.
The building was constructed in 1970 and sits on a 0.15-acre parcel, property records show. It was appraised at $693,530 and assessed at $485,470 in 2023.
