Western CT Health Network names new med director

Western Connecticut Health Network has named Dr. Steven R. Parks as the medical director of Corporate Health Care, the occupational medicine program affiliated with Danbury and New Milford hospitals. 

Parks has experience in occupational medicine, serving nearly 15 years as a medical director and staff physician for employment-related health services in Florida, Tennessee, Ohio and Oklahoma. 

Parks most recently served as medical director and chairperson of occupational medicine and director of employee health services at Florida Hospital Tampa Bay Division, and as medical director with Concentra Health Services in Nashville, Tenn.
