A plaza on Bull Hill Lane in West Haven has sold for $4.1 million.
Guilford-based Nickerson Properties LLC and principal Shawn Beatty sold parcels at 221, 225, 227 and 213 Bull Hill Lane to Sam and Gina Stevens, principals of Bull Hill Center LLC, in a deal recorded July 22.
The small plaza has several storefronts, including a laundromat. It is next to a large Shop Rite grocery store and across the street from a public storage facility.
Nickerson Properties purchased the plaza in November 2018 for $2.75 million.

The plaza, built in 1988, contains 7,300 square feet of space and sits on 2.5 acres.
The property has a total appraised value of $2.7 million, according to city records.
