A two-story West Haven office building that is expected to soon be fully vacant has gone up for auction.
Capobianco Realty Associates, the owner, has put the 35,620-square-foot structure, at 600 Saw Mill Road, on the auction block through Ten-X. Bids starting at $550,000 will be accepted from June 9 to 11.
Capobianco Realty Associates is controlled by Paul Capobianco, of West Haven, and Louis Capobianco, of Madison.
Capobianco Realty bought the building, which was erected in 1986 and sits on 2.62 acres with 125 parking spaces, for $675,000 in 1994, according to property records.
It is appraised at $3.51 million and assessed at $2.46 million.
“This property presents an excellent headquarters opportunity, or alternatively, could be leased out at market rates to yield a high net operating income,” Ten-X said.
The property has been leased by IT firm Device42, was acquired last year by California-based IT company Freshworks Inc.
