About half of the condominiums at West Haven’s Terrace Heights Condos recently sold for $3,435,000.
The complex is at 5 Treat St., West Haven, and the deal included three units with one bedroom and one bathroom, and 32 units with two-bedrooms and one bathroom.
According to the listing, the sale was for 35 out of 78 condominiums in the complex.
Terrace Heights, originally built in 1961, features open floor plans, hardwood flooring, white Shaker kitchen cabinetry and modern hardware in the kitchens and baths.
The property has a large central courtyard and two community laundry facilities.
Northeast Private Client Group in Shelton handled the deal. The seller was CT Realty Trust, and the buyer was Euro Estates LLC, according to the agency.
Brad Balletto, senior vice president investments, and Senior Associates Robert Paterno and Jeff Wright, represented the seller and procured the buyer.
“We were excited to have had the chance to showcase the unique opportunity that a fractured condo deal presents to investors,” Paterno said. “The new owner plans to execute a proven value-add business plan in a market that continues to demonstrate strong demand.”
Terrace Heights is close to the University of New Haven, West Haven VA Medical Center and local beaches.
