A 30,186-square-foot warehouse in West Hartford recently sold for $1.7 million to a Florida-based buyer.
Okee Industries – a distributor of architectural hardware and doors – sold its warehouse and 2.1 acres at 91 Shield St., to 91 Shield Street LLC.
Formed in October, the buyer’s Florida business filing lists its address as that of a Jacksonville, Florida-based attorney’s office. The business filing lists John C. Fitzgerald Jr., of Canton, as its “authorized person.”
Attempts to reach representatives of the buyer and seller were not immediately successful Wednesday morning.
The distribution warehouse at 91 Shield St., is of concrete block construction with brick veneer and has 16-foot wall height, according to assessing records.
