A 4,487-square-foot West Hartford building hosting a veterinary hospital recently sold for $1.85 million.

In a deal logged by the town on May 3, SLM Associates sold 1260 New Britain Ave., to Keeper-West Hartford LLC, which lists the West Hartford property as its business address.
