A West Hartford brick building hosting a Walgreens recently sold for $6.8 million, according to town land records.
Maple Plaza Drugstores LLC sold the 12,805-square-foot building at 940 South Quaker Lane to Pine22 Maple LLC, in a deal recorded March 31.
CoStar reports the transaction was part of a $64 million portfolio sale involving 12 drug store properties – 11 Walgreens and one CVS – in seven states.
Completed in 1949, the West Hartford pharmacy building sits on 1.4 acres, according to town records.
