An office building in West Hartford has changed hands for $660,000.
554 New Park Ave., a two-story, 8,385-square-foot building, was sold to JACSAR Partners. AVD Associates LLC was the seller.
The deal was first announced Wednesday by Evan Berman of Broder Commercial Real Estate, which represented AVD.
The sale price was provided by the West Hartford Town Clerk’s office.

Carl Berman and Richard Kaelin of NAI Elite represented JACSAR.
According to state business records, JACSAR is controlled by Michael and Sheila Reiner. The entity has a listed address in Farmington.
