A West Hartford-based real estate investor has acquired three small commercial office buildings on Prospect Avenue in Hartford near the West Hartford town line.

Prospect Avenue LLC, founded by David Meo of West Hartford, acquired 660, 664 and 682 Prospect Ave. for a combined $2.43 million in December, according to city land records.
Meo did not respond to a request for comment.
The three buildings were all built around 1910 as residential properties and later converted to office space.
According to city property records, 660 Prospect Ave. is a 4,757-square-foot building and was acquired for $610,770; 664 Prospect Ave. is 4,523 square feet and was acquired for $722,692; and 682 Prospect Ave. is 4,941 square feet and was acquired for just under $1.1 million.

Marketing materials for the three properties produced by the seller, HartZito Properties LLC, state that all three of the buildings are 100% occupied. Both 660 and 664 Prospect Ave. have 16 separate offices.
The building at 682 Prospect Ave., meanwhile, has 17 offices.
A fourth small commercial office building, 638 Prospect Ave., is also being marketed for sale. According to marketing materials from Sentry Commercial brokerage in Hartford, the 4,991-square-foot building is listed at $770,000.
Built around 1900, the building is owned by Hyde House LLC and since 2000 has been home to the law firm of Louden, McGrath, Bryan and Bissonnette.
