A gas station in the heart of West Hartford Center has sold for $1 million, town records show.
The 1,760-square-foot Sunoco gas station and auto repair property at 898 Farmington Ave., sold June 30.
The buyer was Go West Hartford Inc., town records show.
The seller was Joseph Gomes, who originally bought the property in 2003 for $250,000, town records show.
