A bank building on a quarter-acre in West Hartford Center recently sold to a Massachusetts investor for $3.7 million.
Fairfield-based real estate development company Kleban Properties sold 927 Farmington Ave., to a limited liability company held by The Grossman Companies, a real estate company based in Quincy, Massachusetts, in a $3.7 million deal logged by West Hartford on Oct. 28.
The 2,680-square-foot bank branch building bas completed in 1987, according to town assessing records. The property currently houses a Berkshire Bank branch.
An attempt to reach a Grossman representative was not immediately successful Friday morning.
