A West Hartford apartment complex has sold for $2.4 million, town records show.
The 24-unit, 22,491-square-foot property at 98 Caya Ave., sold in July.
The buyer was 98 Caya RSK LLC, which is controlled by Tzvee Rotberg of Monsey, New York, state records show.
The seller was David Sagers, who brught the property in Sept. 2017 for $2 million.
The apartment complex was built in 1969, sits on 0.69 acres and contains a mix of one- and two-bedroom units, according to CoStar.
