A West Hartford apartment building has sold for nearly $2 million, town records show.
The 18-unit residential complex located at 839 Farmington Ave. sold in late January.
The buyer was Farmington Avenue 839 LLC, which is controlled by Ahron Rudich of Brooklyn, New York.
The seller was DR 839 FARM LLC, which is controlled by David Raisner of West Hartford.
The apartment building was built in 1924 and sits on a 0.31 acre lot.
