Former Connecticut governor Lowell Weicker Jr. has resigned from his position as a director on the board of WWE, formerly World Wrestling Entertainment, The Greenwich Time reports.
Weicker, who is also a former U.S. senator, quit his board seat after 15 years of service at the Stamford live-action entertainer.
