Webster Financial Corp. has set quarterly dividends on its common and preferred stock.
The Waterbury regional lender will pay 20 cents a share on Nov. 25 to common stockholders on record by Nov. 11.
Holders of its series A and series E preferred will collect $21.25 a share and $400 a share, respectively, on Dec. 15 if they own those issues as of Dec. 1.
