Webster Financial Corp. has set quarterly preferred and common stock dividends.
The Waterbury regional lender will pay a nickel a share on Aug. 22 to common stockholders on record as of Aug. 8.
It also declared preferred dividends of $21.25 a share on its series A preferred shares, payable Sept. 15 to shareholders recorded as of Sept. 1.
