Waterbury regional lender Webster Financial Corp. has set dates for the first-quarter payment of common and preferred dividends.
A common-stock dividend of a nickel a share will be paid Feb. 21 to shareholders on record by Feb. 6.
Holders of its convertible preferred on record by March 1 will collect $21.25 a share on March 15.
