Waterbury lender Webster Bank has promoted Sean Mulready to senior vice president of commercial real estate.
Based in Hartford, Mulready has been with the bank since 2002, working as a vice president and relationship manager.
He serves on the board of the Northside Institutions Neighborhood Alliance and on the local advisory committee of Local Initiatives Support Collaborative, both of which support low-income housing programs.
