Waterbury lender Webster Bank has promoted Carol Carver and James Lane to senior vice president.
Carver, senior vice president of commercial banking, joined the bank in 1999 as a portfolio manager. She serves on the board of the Manufacturers Alliance and volunteer in the Region 15 school system.
Lane has been with Webster for 12 years, starting as an analyst. He serves on the boards of the Fairfield/Westchester Real Estate Finance Association, the Greater Valley Chamber of Commerce, Cardinal Shehan Center and the Housing Development Loan Fund.
