Waterbury regional lender Webster Bank promoted three of its bankers to senior vice president.
Scott Jascha is now senior vice president for marketing program management. Jascha has more than 20 years of experience in several marketing-related posts, including debit card product manager.Based at the bank’s Waterbury headquarters, the Monroe resident earned his degree in economics from Ramapo College.
Tom Ostergren, senior vice president for business banking, is another 20-year veteran whom the bank has recognized eight times as a Top One award winner. He is based at Webster’s Grant Street office in Waterbury.A Tolland resident, Ostergren is treasurer of the executive board of theManchester Chamber of Commerce and past-president of the Manchester Early Learning Center.
John Weeks, senior vice president for consumer finance/director of unsecured lending, is in his ninth year at Webster, where he managed Webster’s credit-card program transition in 2012. He is based in Cheshire.The Rocky Hill resident sits on the board for the Rocky Hill Little League and Rocky Hill Soccer.
