Two join Old Lyme-based High Hopes
High Hopes, a therapeutic riding center in Old Lyme, recently hired two new staffers.
Claire Gadrow has joined as development director, and Michele Krumenacker now serves as volunteer director.

Kitty Stalsberg, executive director, said, “It is an exciting time at High Hopes as we expand our staff.”
Gadrow, a lifelong equestrian, has more than 30 years of fundraising experience and will work to help achieve greater financial sustainability for the organization.
Krumenacker’s background in program management and counseling will help develop the organization’s volunteer team, according to Stalsberg. Krumenacker spent much of her youth caring for horses on her family’s farm.

High Hopes has served people with physical, emotional and developmental disabilities for more than forty years, offering year-round programs in equine activities such as therapeutic riding and carriage driving.
