Waterbury regional lender Webster Financial Corp. declared dividends on its preferred and common stock.
The Webster Bank parent will pay $21.25 a share on its convertible preferred on March 15 to shareholders of record on March 1.
Common shareholders will collect a penny a share on Feb. 22 to stockholders of record as of Feb. 7.
