Webster Bank today held a grand opening of its new Storrs banking center.
The Royce Circle location is Webster’s 169th branch. The 1,485-square-foot banking center is on the edge of UConn’s campus, and the bank has targeted students in its advertising so far.
The Waterbury-based institution had $20.3 billion in total assets as of June 30, according to federal filings.
