Webster Financial Corp., parent to Waterbury regional lender Webster Bank, will hold its annual stockholders meeting April 25 at the Courtyard by Marriott in its hometown.
Investors holding Webster shares as of Feb. 25 will be eligible to attend the 4 p.m. session at the hotel at 63 Grand St., the bank said Friday.
